I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Hamburg. The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated near a large shopping area with great restaurants. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the center of the city and all the main tourist areas. The area felt very safe and there were convenient connections to public transport, including the tube, buses, and trains.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for an enjoyable stay in this city.

As a group of friends, we loved the central location, spacious lounge with well-stocked bar, and the free three-day public transport tickets. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety including made-to-order crepes and champagne. The free WiFi throughout the hotel was also a great perk.

The hotel is located in a great area with convenient connections to all areas of the city. Just around the corner is the inner lake around which historic Hamburg is built. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free public transport tickets, valid for our 2 night stay, were a great perk.

I had a great stay at a wonderful hotel in a prime location. The transport links were excellent, making it easy to get to and from the airport and explore the city. The staff at the hotel were cute and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including real coffee which was a nice touch. The room was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was centrally located and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. the gym facilities were great and had a good variety of equipment available for use.
considering the low number of guests , I expected a wider variety of dishes.
